Some of you may have seen a message that I posted on Facebook and Twitter about last night. Here is the message that I posted I can safely say that was the worst night I have had in months. A viciously hard night to get through, almost glad that I have to go to work. There was an incident last night which I don’t want to go into detail but it was serious. It wasn’t self inflicted or planned. I am not sure what caused it and quite frankly I don’t want to have a repeat performance as my breathing was affected. I was fighting for air with my throat restricted at one point.
Just another thing to add to the ever increasing list of things that I urgently need to deal with.
